Pricing Policy

1. Introduction
This Legal Pricing Policy governs the provision of design consultation, construction services, and the sale of materials and decors by Decofice Technologies Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Decofice”). It outlines the payment terms, pricing structure, and financial obligations of the clients.
2. Scope of Services
Decofice offers the following services:
- Design Consultation: Professional advice and planning for interior and exterior designs.
- Construction Services: Execution of construction projects as per agreed specifications.
- Sale of Materials & Decors: Supply of materials and decorative items as per client requirements.
3. Pricing
- The pricing for each service will be determined based on the project’s complexity, materials used, and man-hours required.
- A detailed quote will be provided to the client for approval before any work commences.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice, except where a quote has already been accepted by the client.
4. Payment Terms
- All payments are required to be made in advance before the commencement of any service.
- Payment will be made in phases as detailed in the payment schedule, which will be notified to the client in advance.
- The payment schedule will detail the percentage of the total cost required at each phase.
5. Payment Methods
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, debit card or any other method mutually agreed upon between Decofice and the client.
- Receipt of payment will be acknowledged in writing.
6. Late Payment
- Late payments may incur additional charges.
- If payment is not made within the agreed timeframe, Decofice reserves the right to halt all services until payment is received.
