Decofice Payment Policy for Construction Professionals & Partner Companies
The purpose of this Payment Policy is to establish a clear and consistent process for payments made to construction professionals engaged through Decofice’s technology-driven platform, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for services rendered while accommodating various payment methods.
This policy applies to all construction professionals, including architects, interior designers, contractors, and other related professionals, who are working on projects facilitated by Decofice via its app, website, or on-site.
Decofice is committed to ensuring timely and accurate payment processing for construction professionals. Payments will be processed on or before the 14th day after receiving payment from clients, provided it is a business day. If the 14th day is not a business day, payment will be processed on the next business day.

In case of disputes related to payment, construction professionals should contact Decofice’s support team in writing within 30 days from the payment date. Decofice will investigate the matter and provide a resolution within 30 days of receiving the dispute notification.
Decofice reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Construction professionals will be notified of any changes in writing, and the revised policy will be effective 30 days after such notification.
This Payment Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is incorporated.
Decofice’s liability for any payment-related claim shall be limited to the amount due to the construction professional, as per the terms of this policy.
Construction professionals engaged through Decofice’s platform must respect and comply with all applicable intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, related to the projects they work on.
Construction professionals must maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information they access during the course of their engagement with Decofice, both during and after the project’s completion.
Construction professionals are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any necessary insurance coverage required for their services. They must also indemnify and hold harmless Decofice from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their work on projects facilitated by Decofice’s platform.
Decofice reserves the right to terminate the engagement of any construction professional who fails to comply with the terms of this Payment Policy, applicable laws and regulations, or the specific contractual terms agreed upon with the client.
Neither Decofice nor the construction professional shall be held liable for any delay or failure to perform their respective obligations under this Payment Policy due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of war, or government restrictions.
Decofice makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy, or completeness of the information or services provided through its platform. Construction professionals are solely responsible for the quality of their work and the results they deliver to clients.
