Project Description
This Mumbai home, is a testament to a minimalist yet luxurious lifestyle. The original four-bedroom layout was reimagined into a spacious two-bedroom residence, allowing for a lavish 1,600-square-foot main suite that includes a bedroom, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, and a 500-square-foot private den. The remaining space accommodates the second bedroom, living room, and kitchen, creating a home that is both expansive and thoughtfully utilized.
The homeowners, embraced a neutral palette of white, beige, and mushroom, reserving color for soft furnishings to allow flexibility over time. Their lifestyle, rooted in minimalism and aligned with their religious values, dictated a restrained approach to storage and furnishings. Customizations during the construction phase ensured the layout adhered to Vastu principles while meeting their specific needs. The result is a harmonious, functional space that reflects their philosophy of purposeful living without excess, perfectly embodying the idea of a modern sanctuary.
