Auric Hall
Project Description
Auric Hall stands as a symbol of innovation and sustainability in Aurangabad Industrial City (AURIC), part of the Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC). Designed to serve both administrative and commercial purposes, the 16,660-square-meter building embodies the city's vision of a greenfield smart industrial hub. Its architecture blends modernity with cultural heritage, reflecting Aurangabad’s rich Mughal history through a contemporary lens.
A prominent aluminum jaali screen, inspired by traditional Mughal motifs, wraps around the building. This intricate design not only creates dynamic light and shadow patterns but also reduces solar heat gain, enhancing energy efficiency. The structure's orientation and form are strategically designed to respond to Aurangabad’s semi-arid climate, minimizing energy consumption and ensuring comfort. With a commitment to sustainability, Auric Hall has achieved IGBC Gold certification, setting a benchmark for environmentally conscious design in India's smart industrial cities.
