Project Description

Once a small family farm in disrepair, has been transformed into a rural residence that beautifully integrates with nature and fosters human connection. Acquired by a new family with a vision for harmonious living, the property underwent a thoughtful renovation. The original structure was preserved and expanded with a new block, linking previously scattered residential clusters. The design prioritizes open spaces, creating immersive experiences that allow residents to fully engage with the surrounding natural landscape.

The master plan embraces sustainability and nature, incorporating landscaped zones inspired by the local topography, including gardens, ponds, and grassy hills. These features offer intimate opportunities for children and families to connect with the environment. The use of local materials such as bricks and honeycomb stones adds color and character to the design, creating focal points that enhance the site's aesthetic. The layout responds to the terrain, blending with the local context while supporting a self-sustaining lifestyle. The property is divided into three main zones: the main residence, hillside dwellings, and a valley-located chicken coop, surrounded by rolling hills, wooded areas, and spaces for agriculture, ensuring a balanced and sustainable living experience.
