Project Description

Nestled amidst the serene rural greens of Bengal, the Pool House is a seamless extension of Mr. Das's ancestral home, reflecting his passion for fitness and leisure. The project incorporates a swimming pool, gymnasium, open lawns, and guest entertainment areas, while adhering to basic Vaastu principles. Positioned in the North-East of the bungalow, the extension maintains unobstructed light and ventilation to the existing residence while offering stunning views of the pool and northern lawns. Architectural features such as a cantilevered staircase and a sleek wooden-louvered gangway provide dual access from the bungalow's first floor, blending functionality with aesthetic charm. These modern additions harmonize with the archetypal design of the ancestral home, enhancing both privacy and ventilation.

The gym and guest block embody a minimalist design, featuring overhanging balconies, an elegant external staircase, and louvered fenestration that softens natural light. The swimming pool, bordered by a lotus pond and sculptural trees, is a centerpiece, set against the picturesque rural backdrop. Thoughtfully crafted details, including a hot tub nestled under the bridge and boundary wall niches housing warm lamps, add to the tranquil ambiance. By night, the under-lit pool and illuminated landscape create a captivating retreat, marrying tradition with contemporary sophistication.
