Positioned in the North-East of the bungalow, the extension maintains unobstructed light and ventilation to the existing residence while offering stunning views of the pool and northern lawns. Architectural features such as a cantilevered staircase and a sleek wooden-louvered gangway provide dual access from the bungalow's first floor, blending functionality with aesthetic charm. These modern additions harmonize with the archetypal design of the ancestral home, enhancing both privacy and ventilation.

The gym and guest block embody a minimalist design, featuring overhanging balconies, an elegant external staircase, and louvered fenestration that softens natural light.
