Project Description
Set on a compact 3000 sqft urban plot, this residence is a thoughtfully crafted home for a family of six. Surrounded by buildings on three sides, the design focuses on creating inward-looking spaces with privacy, achieved through strategic use of louvers and screens. These features ensure a bright and airy interior while fostering connectivity and interaction among family members. The home is divided into three distinct zones: private rooms on the ground and first floors, a semi-private area with a connected terrace on the second floor, and a recreational terrace on the third floor.
The ground floor serves as a dynamic family hub, integrating the living room, dining area, kitchen, and a double-height drawing room into a unified open space. A striking staircase with wood and brass details connects the floors, culminating in a terrace offering panoramic neighborhood views. The façade features wooden battens and concrete block railings, blending security with aesthetic charm through playful light and shadow effects. Inside, the monochrome palette is enlivened by vibrant artwork and furniture, while materials like marble, timber, and brass evoke a timeless elegance, mirroring the owners' modern yet warm lifestyle.
