Natural textures and materials are thoughtfully integrated, with the salad counter showcasing bespoke fluted cladding in a metallic copper tone, complemented by custom-made terrazzo featuring an off-white base. This harmonious blend of materials and forms crafts a soothing and minimalistic ambiance that aligns with UnCafe's health-forward philosophy.

The spatial layout is meticulously planned to maximize functionality within its compact footprint. Glass cabinets elegantly display a diverse range of fresh salads, inviting patrons to explore the menu visually. Seating arrangements are designed to accommodate 35 to 40 customers comfortably, fostering an intimate and welcoming atmosphere.
