Project Description
This contemporary residence embodies a minimalist architectural style, characterized by clean lines, cantilevered RCC slabs, and expansive glass façades. Spanning 8,400 sq. ft., the home strikes a harmonious balance between built structures and landscaped spaces, seamlessly integrating indoor and outdoor environments. Designed in an L-shaped plan to optimize natural light and ventilation, the layout ensures most areas open toward the north, ideal for India's climate. Created for a joint family of nine, the home includes six equally sized bedrooms and a unified living, dining, and kitchen space that fosters family interaction. Upon entering, visitors are greeted by an expansive green area and a water body near the main entrance, offering a serene transition into the house.
At the heart of the design is a visually striking double-height living area, which vertically extends the home's spatial experience. This central space connects to a courtyard on one side and a verandah and garden on the other, creating an ideal setting for large gatherings. Glass façades blur the boundary between the interiors and the lush landscape, while decorative glass light fixtures and an intricately designed wall mural add artistic touches. The thoughtful coexistence of architecture and landscape enhances the home’s ambiance, ensuring every space feels connected, open, and inviting.
