Project Description

Wooden Villa is a resort-style residence that seamlessly blends with its natural surroundings, creating a connection between people and nature. Located on a low taluy bank, the house uses stone steps to form a natural wall that prevents erosion and integrates with the landscape. The design incorporates sustainable, local materials like stone, pine wood, concrete, steel, and bricks, ensuring the structure harmonizes with the environment. The house is divided into three main blocks, with the lower block clad in stone and the upper blocks featuring pointed roofs made from natural wood. Large glass windows are strategically placed to offer stunning views of the surrounding forest and flood the interior with natural light.

The villa’s interior features modified pine wood throughout, adding warmth and depth to the space while ensuring durability. The living and kitchen areas, with polished concrete floors, open up to expansive outdoor spaces through large glass doors, promoting a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. Designed for families and groups of friends, the villa balances privacy with communal spaces. The outdoor areas are perfect for gatherings, BBQs, or relaxing by the fireplace. With its tranquil setting, Villa of The Star provides a restorative experience, offering a peaceful escape from the bustle of city life.
